This cancellation policy applies only to orders placed and delivered within India before shipment.
If your order or item(s) have not yet been shipped and you wish to cancel, please contact our customer support team at contact@rashaforher.com.
Once we have duly processed your cancellation request, we will cancel the order and initiate a refund within 24-48 business hours.
Rasha Wallet offers the following features:
If you cancel your order before shipment, we will initiate the refund process within 24-48 business hours of receiving your cancellation request. Your refund will be sent to your Rasha Wallet instantly after initiating the cancellation.
For payments made through credit/debit card or net banking, refunds for Rasha products will be processed directly to your Rasha Wallet. The refunded amount may take an additional 2-3 business days to appear in your account.
In the case of cash on delivery transactions, refunds will be transferred to your Rasha Wallet after the returned order is confirmed.
We may also provide convenient refund options in the form of Rasha Coupons, Vouchers, or Loyalty Points.
If you cancel your order after using discount vouchers, the amount will be reflected back in your Rasha Wallet. For example, if the order is ₹2000 and you use a 50% discount voucher, ₹1000 will be refunded to your Rasha Wallet and ₹1000 in your voucher. (It is not mandatory that you will receive the voucher back again.)
Rasha provides a hassle-free return policy, allowing clients to request a return or exchange of a product within 2 days of receiving it. Partial returns are also accepted.
Customers must upload photographs of the product and provide a reason for return. Our team will review and proceed with a replacement only if the reason is deemed genuine.
Alternative products may be selected for replacement. If the replacement amount is lower, the balance must be paid online, through COD, or via Rasha Wallet. If higher, the excess amount will be refunded to your Rasha Wallet.
Yes, you can. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please email us at contact@rashaforher.com within 2 days of receipt with your order number.
To cancel your order, go to My Orders, locate your order, and select return, exchange, or cancel.
Refunds will be transferred to your Rasha Wallet within 2 days. If not reflected, contact us at support@rashaforher.com.
You can request a return for selected items. Ensure that all components of the product are included when returning.
Refunds are initiated within 2 days after returned items are validated at our warehouse. Payments via card/net banking are refunded to your Rasha Wallet. Vouchers may also be offered as an alternative.
If cancelled before shipping, refunds are processed within 2 days of request. If cancelled after delivery, refunds are processed after return and validation at our warehouse.
Products that are broken, faulty, incomplete, or incorrect are eligible for replacement. Upload a photo and reason in your request. Once validated, pickup and replacement will be arranged.
If you receive such items, initiate a return request through your account (Orders > Order ID > Select Product). Refunds will be credited to your Rasha Wallet within 2 days.
